Fidectus is a Swiss-based energy tech company founded in early 2019. We enable energy traders of all sizes to digitize and automate over-the-counter cross-company post-trade processing. Our Global Energy Network (GEN) connects our clients to all market participants and enables them to benefit from tools for confirmation, regulatory reporting, settlement, netting, financing, and payment. Our innovative, fully cloud-based technology provides energy traders with tools to reduce their operational risk and cost, improve their collaboration, and let them improve their working capital.

**Your mission**:
Join us in disrupting post-trade processing in the over-the-counter (OTC) energy trading market.

As a Project Manager for enterprise scale client onboarding at Fidectus, your mission is to lead and oversee the successful and smooth onboarding of our Global Energy Network (GEN) platform for our largest customers, delivering both a high-quality solution and a positive customer experience. In this high-impact role, you'll ensure effective project governance, engaging key stakeholders and managing complex project timelines to deliver a seamless and value-driven onboarding experience. By aligning our solutions with client needs and maintaining open communication, you'll enable clients to fully leverage our digital post-trade solutions—achieving operational efficiency, minimizing risk, and fostering stronger collaboration across thier large scale global businesses.

**What you'll do**:
As Project Manager, to be instrumental in successfully delivering large-scale SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, you will:

- **Serve as the main point of contact for major customers during onboarding, **understanding their needs, aligning expectations, and building strong, trust-based relationships.
- **Develop and deliver against detailed project plans, **timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones.
- **Engage and manage key stakeholders** across various functions and geographies to ensure alignment, buy-in, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Establish and oversee project governance,** including setting up communication channels, defining roles, and establishing escalation paths to support smooth project execution.
- **Understand the technical fundamentals of the GEN platform **to facilitate seamless data migration, integration, and address cybersecurity or compliance concerns.
- **Coordinate across internal and external cross-functional teams** (e.g., IT, finance, operations, and compliance) to address challenges and ensure the solution integrates smoothly within the customers existing systems.
- **Adapt to and solve unexpected challenges **with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset to keep the project on track.
- **Navigate global and cultural differences**, managing time zones, language barriers, and local practices to foster positive, effective collaboration.
- **Lead change management efforts,** including organizing user training, driving adoption strategies, managing change requests and co-ordinating resources to ensure smooth transitions for customer teams.
- **Communicate consistently and clearly with stakeholders,** providing regular updates, facilitate regular project status meetings communicationg progress and ensuring alignment on deliverables; transparently managing risks or delays.
- **Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks,** developing contingency plans to address implementation challenges and manage customer expectations.
- **Maintain a customer-centric approach** by aligning project outcomes with the customer's long-term objectives and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Your profile - What you will need**:

- You bring 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in enterprise software or large-scale system integrations. You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-value client projects, ideally within dynamic, global environments.
- A strong understanding of the energy, trading, or financial industries, with experience in integrating software solutions for large corporate clients. Familiarity with post-trade processes or trading operations is a plus.
- An exceptional communicator, skilled in translating technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language. Managing expectations and building relationships across all levels of an organization, from operational teams to executive stakeholders.
- You excel in coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, with a talent for managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in complex, high-stakes settings.
- You are highly detail-oriented and solution-focused, able to identify potential challenges early and implement proactive strategies to overcome them. Your approach is structured and analytical, ensuring all aspects of a project are thoughtfully managed.
