**Position Summary**

As a Project Portfolio Manager, you will ensure that IT and IBS Investments (programs and projects) is managed according to defined Governance and Projects Portfolio Management Processes.

**A Day in the Life of a Project Portfolio Manager**
- Work closely with the relevant Functions and Business partners to ensure strategic alignment of IT and IBS investments across the group and businesses ensuring portfolio optimization
- Work with business sponsors, finance, product managers, program and project managers to understand the resource needs of each project/program (i.e.: skills, expertise, timing)
- Facilitate governance process to manage the business case lifecycle (development, approval, monitoring, delivery and post implementation review)
- Balance needs of ongoing processes with the demand of incoming programs/projects based on changing business/functional needs considering resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and interdependencies.
- Support strategic decision by providing full visibility on any constraints that may affect portfolio planning and execution through regular reporting on the status of the business case and associated projects or programs.

**What will make you successful**
- Can define and implement projects portfolio management, covering processes, technology, organization, shared services and data
- Has credentials equivalent to those of a PMI certified PM.
- Has external certification in Management of Portfolios (MoP), Management of Value (MoV)
- Can navigate and align challenging stakeholders
- Effectively communicates and connects across organizational boundaries
- Sounded Finance knowledge and Business Acumen
