Scientist Biochem Capillary Electrophoresis Lab

Our Company is offering an attractive position for a scientist with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in biochemical analytical methods to join our Biologics Analytical Department located in Lucerne/Schachen, Switzerland.

**Main areas of responsibility include**:
Implement and use novel analytical tools for manufacturing and release & stability testing of Biologics under GMP/GDP
Execute analytical method qualifications and transfers
Write technical protocols, reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
Train analysts within our department for new technologies

**Qualifications**:
**Educational requirements**:
Master’s degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Biological Sciences, or a Bachelor’s degree/laboratory technician EFZ with 3+ years of industry experience

**Experience and skills**:
Experience in analytical testing with Capillary Electrophoresis or other separation techniques, Spectrophotometry, qPCR, particle analysis, compendials (pH, color, clarity, etc.)
Detailed knowledge of relevant CDS (Empower)
Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional interactions
GMP working experience
Analytical method validation experience
Knowledge of protein biochemistry and/or biochemical analytical techniques of proteins, or with any biophysical methods
Knowledge of protein biochemistry and protein analytics/characterization
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German
Strong team player, demonstrating mutual respect
