**Kolmar Group AG** with more than 20 offices worldwide, is handling crude oil, petroleum products, petrochemicals, Liquefied Natural Gas, Natural Gas, biofuels, circular feedstock, and renewables.

The company has manufacturing plants for biofuels in Connecticut and Texas, USA, will soon start the production of Cellulosic renewable diesel in Tennessee, USA and has marketing agreements with major industry players to collaborate in the decarbonization of the petrochemicals industry. Sustainability, inclusion, and female leadership are natural elements in the company’s culture and value system. For our Traffic Operations team, we are looking for a **LNG Operator, 100%**

**Your Tasks**:
− Support Liquefied Natural Gas cargo nominations and counterpart liaisons in a prompt
and timely manner
− Ensure that all obligations arising from the contracts and charter parties are carried out,
and that any necessary requirements are complied with
− Appoint independent inspectors and expeditors
− Maintain good operational communication and relationship with external operators, partners, terminals, surveyors, customs agents, regulators
− Responsible for coordinating external and internal communication for Review of LNG Confirmation Notices (CN), MSAs, Charter Party Agreements, NDA, AM and contracts, influencing the operability of the LNG contracts
− Manage internal stakeholders e.g., Traders, Trade Finance, Client Relations, Legal
− Follow ship shore compatibility process of LNG Vessels with Loading/Discharge Ports
− Close out the charter parties accounting for all costs, including TCP claims and obtain sign
- off from Chartering
− Ensure that all operational information is entered into relevant systems
− Calculate and analyze various bunkering options -fuel / LNG consumptions during voyages, heel and EDQs during the discharge and loading operations to ensure and optimize continuous increase of P&L
− Support terminal/pipeline capacity cost calculations and analysis
− If required, take the lead in various projects, LNG registrations, terminal agreements, and other hubs where Kolmar may participate in future
− Report in various management/ traders’ meetings and run statistics reports for various purposes (auditing purposes, commercial)

**Your professional profile**:
− 3 - 5 years’ experience as LNG Operator
− Excellent in English and any other language is a plus
− Attention to detail with an eye on the big picture
− Self-motivated and result oriented
− Commercial mindset

− Strong communication skills
− Reliable, accurate and exact working method
− Work well under pressure
− Excellent team player and able to work independently
