**Job Description**:
Join us in this exciting **internship role **to accelerate your career and support the Communication & Engagement Team at SMG. The team is formed by experienced, highly motivated, tech enthusiastic and very creative communication and project managers. We define, launch and manage a large variety of exciting and inspiring initiatives across the group to help craft the SMG community.
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to support us in further developing our company communication strategy and community engagement.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Create attractive content and compelling copies to share internally and to boost our community interest, bringing ideas on how to make them happen (any format is welcome: videos, presentations, articles )
- Provide support in coordinating different projects and tasks across the team scope
- Research, analysis and project work in the areas of Communication and Engagement
- Bring your opinion to our brainstormings: research new and best practices in communications and employee engagement, anything that can be appealing to our projects and events
- Organisation of several events, workshops, and rituals. Work in collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure effectiveness and preparation success
- Help design effective ways to give people a chance to interact and learn to work together. How? We are eager to hear new ideasWhether through events, rituals,

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**:
- Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or a related field
- Passionate about new ways of interaction & digital trends
- You have very good skills in addressing different user groups
- You have experience in project work and editorial work, as well as basic organisational skills
- You are a creator; you are able to define and produce several types of content and creativities: from video or image editing to writing engaging texts
- You have advanced skills in editing tools such as Canva and Powtoon (or similar). Also, experience with Google Slides / PowerPoint (you like creating stories and presentations), and ideally collaboration tools like Slack or Notion
- You have an international mindset. English is our common and official language, German is an asset
- Creativity and interest to familiarise yourself with new methods and tools
- You like to work in a young, tech-oriented, flexible and remote environment with a culture of trust
