HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As part of the Group Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team based in Geneva you will support in creating engaging employer branding content ensuring a uniform and attractive brand presence for Richemont globally.

You will collaborate with multiple teams both at Group and Maison level (in particular with Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication, External Communication, Marketing and Digital teams) to support in crafting an engaging storytelling in our different media channels.
- Support in writing, editing, and publishing engaging content on our different media channels
- Edit, design and fine tune visual content for our different media channels and physical events
- Support in the reporting and tracking of our communication KPIs
- Support in the enhancement of campus digital visibility to raise awareness and recruit top emerging talents globally
- Support with ad hoc activities, as they occur

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

- You have a background education in **Digital Marketing**, **Communication**, **Public Relations**, **Journalism **or **Human Ressources**.
- You have experience with **Adobe InDesign and Photoshop** and/or other image editing tools
- **Excellent knowledge of media and communication channels**:

- Strong **copywriting and proofreading skills**:

- Creative, resourceful and an open mindset towards continuous learning
- **Excellent written and oral English language skills**, another language is a plus
- Ability to **plan**, **co-ordinate** and **react quickly to changes**, to **prioritize and manage** your own workload
- **High a**ttention to detail**:

- You are available starting from **July 2023** for a **12-months internship**
