Technical Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting workshops in the technical area in the internal SKAN Academy
- Support with technical training
- Induction of new field and commissioning & qualification engineers (internal & external)
- Contact person for technical questions
- Supporting the departments in their daily business as Field and Commissioning & Qualification Engineer
- Active support in conceptual developments & revision of internal trainings
- Intensive cooperation with internal experts and departments
- Travel approx. 30% of the time

Hardskills
- Several years of experience in commissioning & qualification or field engineering
- Experience with internal training and customer training courses
- Very good knowledge of German and English or French

Softskills
- Helpful and open personality
- Strong team spirit
- Pleasure in developing new employees
- Technical flair and willing to experiment
- Willingness to develop in adult education
