**What it's about**

In this position, you will support the Client Solutions team with client acquisition and maintenance and structural projects. Your primary tasks will include:

- Spearheading the data migration to our new CRM system: project management, coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Auditing, preparing, and sense-checking the data for the CRM integration
- Creating tailored, persuasive, and high-quality responses to client requests, assisting with queries and performance updates
- Supporting client relationship managers with marketing presentations and investment proposals
- Coordinating and liaising with various teams and specialists within the firm to precisely answer client requests
- Providing research for new client market segments
- Ad-hoc projects as required

**What we expect**
- You understand the financial services industry either by way of prior work experience, degree course and/or extra-curricular activities. Key attributes include:

- At least penultimate year undergraduate university degree and on course for at least a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)
- General knowledge and awareness of sales management
- Basic understanding of database management
- Confidently and comfortably communicating with teams and individuals across all levels
- Ability and willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness to work towards tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent skills in both spoken and written English; proficiency in German is a plus
