- In this role, you are responsible for establishing best practices for high impact clinical processes across the Sonova Audiological Care (AC) organization. You will drive quality of services, customer satisfaction, product retention (reduction of returns), and brand reputation. In addition, you will harmonize services to deliver a best in class, reliable service experience both in store and online (omnichannel).- Furthermore, you will be responsible for discovering and evaluating new clinical equipment and processes and piloting those that are of interest to determine usability and benefits for Sonova AC.**Your tasks**
- Develop, evolve, test and implement clinical protocols to drive best practice within Sonova AC
- In collaboration with the Sonova academy team, steer training to include established AC clinical protocols with trainees and new hires and create training to support deployment of new initiatives.
- In collaboration with Group Companies (GC’s), assess current practices and provide feedback to improve and align clinical service delivery
- Stay abreast of new innovations in service delivery in the field of hearing care and bring interesting products and innovations to Sonova AC for testing and piloting
- In collaboration with the Commercial Excellence team guide the in-store experience to integrate commercial and audiological goals into the customer journey
- In collaboration with global marketing, align all clinical processes to provide a reliable and personalized customer experience regardless of location of care
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Your profile**
- University degree in audiology or equivalent as well as evidence of continuing education in this field
- 7+ years of working experience in the hearing healthcare including marketing and product management
- Ability to analyze, understand and translate systems across functional divisions in a global group environment
- Ability to develop and implement integrated solutions across functional divisions
- Ability to engage and interact with all members of the Sonova AC community
- Ability to inspire and motivate peers and colleagues to deliver results
- Excellent communication skills with proficient public speaking skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel 20%
