**About the Role**
The E2E batch of AM IT encompasses all transactional systems in our landscape. It is the most critical component to deliver our Key End Products to various consumers of data in Swiss Re’s Financial Markets space. AM IT applies modern technology to monitor, measure performance and predict delivery of the batch to our clients.
A specific derivative of the E2E batch is the E2E testing of New Product Approvals (NPA). NPA is critical to enabling new business.
This position demands an ability to problem solve, prioritize, and communicate proactively. The ideal person will be someone who can both operate strategically and deliver tactical outcomes, working side-by-side with business customers and technology professionals. A strong E2E process view is the foundation for the role.
As Product owner of E2E Batch Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for:
- Architecting the strategic Quality Assurance product vision and roadmap of the E2E batch
- Coordinating quality of current and future batch architecture & setup
- Defining and supervising product objectives and key results (OKRs) to evidence success and progress in line with the strategic vision
- Handling the product backlog
- Working closely with customers to successfully deliver NPAs and other E2E testing initiatives
- Foster Quality Assurance culture incl. standard processes and DevOps for the department and beyond
**You will lead AM IT E2E B&QA resources in**
- Making the existing batch more resilient
- Using collective intelligence to design the future batch in the Azure Cloud around resilience, speed and stability
- Coordinating testing of new financial products and features across multiple business areas and technology platforms
- Acting as a catalyst for the NPA sign-off process
- Optimizing the scope of tests with regards to downstream systems landscape and teams involved
- Collecting requirements for NPA and E2E testing
- Facilitating availability and readiness of all test environments
- Coordinating regular meetings to drive testing progress
- Problem solving to minimize all delays, raising issues, and requesting raising of Jiras if needed
- Reporting test results, operational summaries, and statistics
**About You**
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in an agile environment and BS in computer science or information technology
- Solid understanding of system architecture and end-to-end data flow
- Knowledge of the Asset Management value chain and various products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, with focus on business processes
- Azure Cloud Skills
- Test Management experience highly preferred
- Experience in Aladdin, eFront, Markit EDM a plus
- Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and multi-cultural environment; good team mate
- High degree of flexibility, independent and proactive; ability to excel in working across regions or time zones
- Ability to work well under pressure and on multiple initiatives
