Moment Project Coordinator

**What's the role?**:
You will be a Project Coordinator supporting the Project Management Office of MOMENT - Our people approach - including Workday system adoption by working with the project team operationally and contributing to different topics within the project.

The MOMENT team is a very diverse global team across 11 locations and 6 time zones working efficiently digitally shaping the future of our people processes and systems.

**What does the role involve?**:

- With MOMENT - Our People Approach we are changing our people experiences for 30.000 people around the globe. With the launch of MOMENT in 2020 we introduced new guiding principles - Frequent conversation, Taking Action Now, Ownership & Strengths - as well as Workday as our new HR system and have taken a big step towards making our people processes more engaging.
- You will be a critical member of the team managing the operational side of the project including maintaining the project plan.- Onboarding support
- Coordination of meetings
- Mailbox & Distribution list
- Vendor Services Management
- Support Model Admin - managing MOMENT ServiceNow
- General support on Project topics e.g. translations, project plans, Smartsheet

**What you need is**:

- You are someone who wants to make an impact as part of a global team. You are passionate about understanding the business and driving change
- You have a Bachelor in Business Admin. and HR and / or business background to understand organizational issues and challenges for driving change towards HR and business communities
- You bring strong project management skills with planning, organisation & prioritization capabilities, especially under pressure
- Your working style is proactive, and you have a “getting-things-done” approach
- You like simplifying information for different target audiences, making engaging presentations and communications
- You have strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform and influence in a global matrix environment, excellent stakeholder management skills

As our team is located all over the world, your location is secondary to us. Ideally you would be based close to some of your colleagues, which would be Schaan, Manchester or Buch’s.
