Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Whenever you want to measure pH, redox potential (ORP), ion concentration, conductivity or dissolved oxygen (DO, BOD), METTLER TOLEDO supports you with years of experience in providing the necessary equipment. Our products are characterized by the highest quality, combined with simple, intuitive operation and ergonomic design. To strengthen our team in Nänikon, we are looking for an experienced and innovative eCommerce Manager 100% (f/m/d)
- In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- Develop and drive the vision and development of the Business Unit's digital roadmap, online customer journey and self-service strategy
- Innovate and set the standard for the SBUs eCommerce services, drive Digital gateways and cloud offerings
- Translate the customer voice into solution recommendations and evaluate the promotion and automation of customer service and support options as well as identify and develop solutions for the digital marketing needs of channel partners
- Take responsibility for the key strategic digital projects driving growth and digital penetration including planning and execution
- Last but not least you will be budget owner and responsible for the KPIs of allocated projects

What You Need to Succeed
- Following requirements are necessary for this role:

- You have a bachelor or master degree in business administration or marketing combined with at least 3 to 4 years of work experience in a similar position
- You are a proactive and autonomous digital native with a passion for CX and a customer 1st attitude, new technologies and latest trends including a high affinity to marketing automation
- You have an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and networking skills and are used to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a multicultural matrix organization
- We expect a holistic and conceptual thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a distinct hands-on attitude
- Proven project management skills with customer experience service capability are needed as well as in-depth digital knowledge and expertise to drive eCommerce-focused projects in a B2B environment
