The Bathco Group has a leading position as a global trader, service provider and processor of selected raw materials and
equipment in the Aluminum industry with the headquarter in Zurich and branches in China, India, Europe and Africa.
Aluminium plays a critical role in global efforts to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions.

At the same time, the production of Aluminium has to shift toward carbon neutrality as well. To support this important
development, Bathco starts marketing low-carbon or green Aluminium in Europe.

For this, we are looking for an experienced:
**(Green) Aluminium Trader (100%)**

**Your Responsibilities**:Skills and Experience you bring along**:

- Build the Aluminium desk from scratch together with

us
- Acquire customers in Europe for a variety of

Aluminium products
- Ensure sourcing of low carbon or green products

from within and outside of Europe

policies (LME and FX hedging, reporting, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze market trends and news to

identify trading opportunities and inform trading
strategies
- Collaborate with the Mid Office and Finance to

manage and supervise the physical deliveries
portfolio risk and optimize trading performance
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform the

broader business strategy and decision-making
- At least 5 years of experience in physical aluminium

trading in the European market
- Strong pre-existing network amongst consumers of

primary aluminium in Europe as well as producers
- Strong knowledge of the physical as well as derivative

aluminium market, including pricing dynamics and
supply chain logistics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market

data and news to inform trading decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to

build and maintain relationships with key market
participants
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic trading

environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required; additional language

skills are a plus
