**Description**:
As it plays such a major part in our strategy, we are investing significantly in Wealth Management to fuel our growth, particularly in Europe (onshore), the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia. We provide a complete range of private banking products and services, including a variety of investment management and advisory mandates, tailored to our clients's specific requirements, objectives and risk profiles. Among UBP professional partners, over 300 independent asset managers have chosen us as their custodian bank, valuing our personalised, flexible services and our transparent fee structure.

**Mission**:
The Account Manager will be working within the Bank’s Corporate Relationships desk in our Geneva office.

**Challenges**:
We are looking for a person who is eager to develop him/herself into the role of a Relationship Manager, but at the same time is able to take responsibilities as an account manager for an existing clients base, supporting the rest of the team and the team leader. The role will involve understanding corporate clients’ specific needs, providing tailored banking solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

**Main responsibilities**:
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Develop and nurture relationships with key corporate clients. Gain insights into their business objectives and challenges and align our banking products and services accordingly.
- Meet prospects and clients, prepare client meetings and manage follow-up actions. Work with the rest of the team and support the Team Leader in daily interactions with clients.
- Ensuring the plausibility and truthfulness of the client information, evaluation whether the client is at risk or not, responsible for the account opening process (identity check, KYC, World check etc.). Execute transactions, payments, and other banking operations.
- Open new accounts and follow-up on administrative matters.
- Perform administrative tasks related to client files and provide administrative, organizational and communication support to the rest of the team in his/her daily tasks.
- Understand product offering of UBP and develop ability to pitch also complex solutions to clients. Develop your own value proposition in accordance with the bank’s strategy as a holistic advisor.
- Provide to the client with investment and management advice/proposals, aligned with the client’s goals, assets and chosen investment.
- Maintain close collaboration with specialists to keep up-do-date with (investment) solutions and developments in the financial industry.

**Education**:

- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Certification: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Technical skills: - Proficiency in banking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: - Proven experience as a Senior Assistant in the banking sector or a related role. - Thorough understanding of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory landscape
- Experience in private banking: Mandatory

**Language**:

- English: Fluent (or French fluent)
- Other: Fluent (Russian)

**Personal skills**:

- Swiss resident: Mandatory
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the regulatory framework governing private banking and wealth management
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret banking data for strategic decision-making
