**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure the smooth running of the service
- Ensuring the quality of welcome and service
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of your point of sale
- Participate in the training and supervision of your team
- Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards as well as the proper functioning of equipment
- Inventory management
- Supervise the delivery of crates
- Develop time schedules based on the planned activity

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality/Restaurant diploma
- Successful experience of at least 1 year in a similar position
- Knowledge of luxury hotels
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Developed creative sense
- Skill and speed of execution
- Mandatory proficiency in English and French
