Project-manager with Rf-engineering Background

Symlab AG was founded in 2016 and is growing in development and production such device like jammers, receivers, transmitters, monitoring and classification equipment, radio direction finders and anti-drone equipment.

**Your tasks**
- Requirement engineering. Work with sales team, customer, development team from the beginning of the project
- Engineering expertise, common understanding in RF-system functionality, participating in internal and external technical requirements
- Responsibility to define the task for production department, Control the deadlines of different teams - internal production, external suppliers. Monitor and control deadlines and milestones
- Participation in project implementation. Problem solving, communication with development team, customer, management
- Report possible delays, find alternative ways to implement project
- Participate in system installation. Job trips in Europe, Near East, Asia, Africa

**Your skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- RF engineering background, basic knowledge
- 5 years of experience as technical project manager
- Electrical engineering basic knowledge
- Fluent in English and German. Other languages are plus
- Independent, self-driven, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong solution orientation and communication skills
