**What you’ll be doing**
- Partnering with line managers, suppliers and external employees.
- Creating integrity and background check during onboarding new employees.
- Handling pre-ID/payroll request management.
- Creating and maintaining electronic records and fields (e.g. customer numbers, cost center numbers) in support of the requisition entry set up.
- Updating the requisition record as directed to include changes, cancellation, and status changes.
- Participating in special projects, additional assigned duties and escalation procedures according to the standard process.

- Previous work experience in a similar field (Managed Service Programme) or in HR administration.
- A strong attention to detail and desire to improve efficiencies.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Fluent German and communicative English.
