**Project Controller (80-100%)**:

Providing input in negotiations on commercial issues as well as during the risk review process, you will play a key role in financial control, assisting the Project Manager in the Excitation Business Line, Energy Industries Division in Switzerland. You will actively drive operational and financial performance for a wide range of projects mainly in Europe and around the world. In this role you will give input on the financial aspects of project execution plans and help to prepare project invoices and financial accounting and reporting.

Finance Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Realize and improve financial performance through optimizing project cash flow and revenues while keeping project balance sheets, income statements and monthly/quarterly forecasts accurate
- Helping to identify opportunities and risks, and monitoring mitigation actions to ensure timely implementation
- Ensuring alignment with other functions, including project controls and planning/scheduling
- Providing help in claim management, back charges, and insurance cases, and monitoring proper follow-up
- Helping to ensure adherence to corporate governance, rules and regulation, guidelines, and instructions
- Contribute to operational excellence and improvement projects along the value chain with analytics and for financial performance

**Your background**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role (Experience of project controlling is an advantage)
- Experience of computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP or S/4 Hana
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
- A team-based, solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Fluency in English, conversational level in German
