- Major accountabilities:
- Support the Head People & Organization in the operational conversion of the P&O strategic goals
- Support and advice the implementation of various P&O processes for Sandoz Switzerland in close cooperation with the respective process expert(s) (i.e: Performance Management, OTR Organizational and Talent Review, Organizational change projects, Culture development, Leadership capabilities etc.)
- Providing strategic P&O support on People & Culture initiatives across our organization
- Support Head P&O in analyzing skill gaps and development opportunities within Sandoz Switzerland
- Reshape and manage the P&O Intranet site
- Co-own the on
- and off-boarding process, including organization of Welcome Day’s and associate’s onboarding (e.g. onboarding plan, eLearning, job descriptions of associates)

**Minimum requirements**
- University degree
- English and German preferred
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
