Aufgaben
**Home Office**: bis zu 4 Tage pro Woche
Was ist Ihr Verantwortungsbereich?
- Sie betreuen Projekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg (von der ersten Projektidee über die Implementierung bis hin zur Schulung)
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Projektabwicklung von Fertigungsprozessen und Logistik einschließlich D365 (Diskrete Fertigung, Kapazitätsplanung, Produktionseinrichtung)
- Sie fungieren als Hauptverantwortlicher und Projektleiter für den oben genannten Bereich
- Sie identifizieren Geschäftsanforderungen und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Konzepte, entwerfen Lösungen, konfigurieren, erstellen Anforderungen für das Entwicklungsteam sowie die Dokumentation und Schulung
Qualifikation
**Talente und Erfahrungen, die Sie idealerweise mitbringen**:
- Solide praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft D365 und auch in (internationalen) ERP-Implementierungsprojekten
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und sind in der Lage, mehrere Aufgaben und wechselnde Prioritäten zu bewältigen
- Sie haben keine Angst, aus Ihrer Komfortzone herauszutreten, um den Projekterfolg zu sichern
- Managementfähigkeiten (in Bezug auf die Planung und Koordinierung von Projekten)
