Notre programme Career Start offre une plate-forme idéale pour les diplômés qui souhaitent découvrir les spécificités du secteur financier. Tu débuteras ta mission en découvrant la vaste offre de prestations et de services de Private Banking dans le cadre d’une phase d’introduction structurée de trois mois (1ère rotation) au sein de notre Customer Service Center. Tu traiteras chaque jour dans ce service les questions et demandes de nos clients par téléphone et vous vous préparez ainsi à votre stage principal au sein de l’équipe de conseil. Tu profiteras, à partir du quatrième mois, d’une introduction active au domaine passionnant et varié du conseil à la clientèle au sein de l’équipe de conseillers. Tu soutiendras les conseillers clientèle pendant 12 mois lors de la préparation et du suivi des entretiens avec la clientèle, tu participeras à des entretiens et établiras de manière autonome, en te servant d’outils de travail modernes, des documents de conseil et des analyses complexes. Tu seras intégré activement aux activités exigeantes liées aux thèmes des placements, du financement et de la prévoyance.
Tu prendras en charge le traitement des formalités, apprendras les normes légales et apporteras ton soutien pour diverses tâches dans le cadre des affaires quotidiennes et de principale au sein de ton domaine d’activité et tu changeras de département pendant 3 mois, de sorte à pouvoir acquérir de l’expérience en occupant différents postes, découvrir un large éventail de fonctions, te forger de nouvelles compétences et établir des réseaux stratégiques au sein de la banque. Le programme associe expériences pratiques, «Shadowing Days», formation structurée sur le lieu de travail et en dehors, défis stimulants et activités d’évaluation. Tu bénéficieras de l’opportunité d’être directement transféré(e) vers un poste junior passionnant à l’issue de ton programme Career Start.

**Ton domaine de responsabilité**

Pleinement intégré.e dans l’équipe, tu contribueras à la réalisation des objectifs de celle-ci en soutenant activement les Relationship Managers tant dans la réalisation de leurs tâches quotidiennes, qu’en participant activement aux campagnes de vente. Tu participeras à des initiatives visant à renforcer la présence du segment « Clientèle fortunée » dans le marché et à développer la clientèle existante

**Tes qualifications et compétences**

As-tu le profil idéal pour ce rôle au sein du département High Networth Private Banking? Tu as à présent l’occasion de nous démontrer que tes compétences, ton expérience et tes qualités correspondent parfaitement à ce que nous recherchons. Montre-nous que tu as:

- Récemment obtenu un diplôme universitaire niveau Bachelor ou master au sein d’une université ou d'une haute école spécialisée, de préférence en finances, sciences économiques et sociales ou hospitality management
- Une maîtrise courante du français et de solides connaissances d’anglais professionnel (C1), tout autre langue est un atout
- Un excellent niveau de travail et une capacité à faire face à des changements de dernière minute dans ton emploi du temps
- Un esprit indépendant, la capacité de prendre des initiatives, ainsi qu’une disposition à travailler au sein d’une équipe dans un environnement hautement collaboratif
- De l'enthousiasme pour le conseil et la vente et tu te projettes dans un rôle de Relationship Manager sur le long terme
- Une approche axée sur la clientèle et, au sein d'une équipe, tu es un membre dévoué, motivé et digne de confiance
- D’excellentes qualités humaines et une fiabilité reconnue
