**Hintergrund**:
Die IMP (investigation medicinal product) Quality Organisation Schweiz ist der Quality Partner für alle Produktionseinheiten (Drug Substance und Drug Product) und die klinische Verpackung der pharmazeutischen technischen Entwicklung in der Schweiz. Sie hat die Aufsicht für alle Qualitäts
- sowie GMP relevanten Produktions
- und Verpackungsprozesse von IMPs (Investigational Medicinal Products), die in klinischen Studien verwendet werden.

**Der oder der perfekte Kandidat:i**
:in hat ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften und bringt 3 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich mit. Ausserdem besitzt der oder die Kandidat:in fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute EDV-Kenntnisse.

Als Mitarbeiter:in der IMP Quality Organisation Schweiz stellt der/die Kandidat:in die Einhaltung und ständige Verbesserung der GMP-Compliance aller IMP Produktionsbetriebe am Standort Basel sicher. Die Aufgabe der Small Molecules IMP Quality Gruppe umfasst insbesondere die Quality Oversight über die Small Molecules Drug Substance und Drug Product Betriebe, sowie die dazugehörige QC Kontrolle.

**Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Überprüfung von Drug Substance
- und Drug Product Batch Records, in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Abteilungen
- Durchführung der IMP Produktfreigabe
- Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Reinigungsprotokollen und -reports
- Unterstützung der betreuten Abteilungen bei GMP relevanten Fragestellungen
- Überprüfung und Bewertung von Abweichungen und Änderungsanträgen
- Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von internen Audits

**Must Haves**:

- Grundlage sind ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung im genannten Bereich.
- idealerweise 3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in Quality, GMP Compliance, Herstellung oder einem vergleichbaren relevanten Bereich in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) - insbesondere der Umgang mit SAP, sowie anderen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (z.B. Veeva)
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

**Nice to haves**:

- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Small Molecules Produktion, Qualitätskontrolle oder Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil
