Test Manager Subscription Selling

**What's the role?**:
As the Test Manager Subscription Selling you are responsible for test case design, test cycle management, issue tracking and test automation in the context of developing, launching and supporting Software and Service subscription solutions for Hilti customers around the world. Your key contribution is to ensure consistent high quality of new functionality, at the same time ensuring new releases do not negatively impact existing functionality.

**What does the role involve?**:
In this role you partner with Business Units, Competence Centers, Regions, Markets, Corporate Functions, Global IT and Digital Marketing to design and implement testing infrastructure and run necessary test cycles (user acceptance, integration and regression testing) for successfully selling digital solution offerings (software and services) to Hilti customers globally. As such you understand the subscription selling processes end to end, including integration into the overall Hilti process landscape, are passionate about positive customer experience, and relentlessly strive for error free software. You achieve this by defining, modelling, implementing, training, running and steering test scenarios on subscription selling processes.

**What you need is**:

- You hold a University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering/Construction Industry or equivalent
- You bring profound IT expertise or the IT affinity with your profile, along with solid experience in business process management and modelling
- You convince people with your excellent communication and presentation skills paired with great analytical thinking
- You are passionate about software quality, meticulous and detail oriented in your tasks, with holistic and connected thinking
- You look at software and processes from a customer and user perspective
- You are fluent in English language (additional languages are an asset)
