We are looking for an outstanding Junior Coordinator, Digital Merchandising Operations to join our EMEA DTC models team of The North Face in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let's talk about the role

You will be responsible in supporting all operations activities of the North Face on DTC marketplaces: from the end-to-end onboarding to the product page enhancements.

Processes include the management and maintenance of master data & line lists as well as product content and marketplace analysis. You will also support in the reporting analysis and tool updates, working closely with cross functional teams.

In addition, you will manage the sample ordering and maintenance process for all accounts sent to the photo shooting studio.

You will work closely with the Trading and Planning team as well as Content Team, Photo shooting studio, Sample team and VF Central Digital functions.

How You'll Make a Difference:

- Supporting in the onboarding process looking after the article lifecycle from bringing the articles online to ensuring they are taken offline after the season or retagged.
- Optimizing products' visibility on accounts platform ensuring content is displayed in the most accurate way possible.
- Working with various cross functional teams to execute all site updates such as navigation and bug fixing.
- Support on implementing improvements in PDP enhancements.
- Coordinate the sample buy process for digital shootings, making sure all samples needed for the various accounts are delivered on time.
- Provide analysis and forecasts on sample deliveries to main stakeholders.
- Support the operations and trading teams with reports and updating tools, as well as line list and master data maintenance.

Skills for success:

- Experience in a merchandising ops role or equivalent, digital business is a plus
- English fluent (written and spoken)
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Strong analytical skills
- Great sense of organization and problem solving
- Team oriented, able to create positive and collaborative working environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on a fast-changing environment
