Tasks

**Your Commitment will include**:

- Lead the testing team, deliver the highest level of testing services and solutions
- Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios and test cases
- Execute functional and business tests based on non-functional and functional testing requirements
- Review and analyze test cases to improve the quality, document and evaluate the testing results
- Coordinate testing activities and report to stakeholder and project management
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
- Providing guidance on good testing practices to project managers and project team (including training)

**Requirements**:
Achieving the difference requires
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science and / or engineering or equivalent training
- 5+ years of professional experience in Test Management, especially in the insurance industry
- Profound knowledge of test concepts, test planning, agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Analytical, problem-solving personality with a strong interest in advisory topics
- Team player with very good communication skills
- Experience of working in agile environment with remote teams and stakeholders
- Fluency in English and French
