**Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM)** manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and a dedication to client service.- The RFP team helps to acquire new business by responding to investment proposals from potential clients (including central banks, pension funds, insurance companies and distributors) using a project management approach. The main responsibility of an RFP Writer is to prepare our response to these requests for proposals (RFPs) across various asset classes (traditional, specialist and alternatives).**Your role**:

- Taking part in the business development activity by completing Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) across various asset classes (traditional, specialist and alternatives).
- Liaising with product specialists, investment managers, client relationship management as well as other business units to coordinate the efficient collection and presentation of information/data.
- Establishing effective working relationships with other team members, both in London and Geneva, as well as with other Pictet AM and Pictet staff globally.
- Working under the direct supervision of the Head of Intermediaries RFPs.
- Ensuring high-quality, accurate and timely issue of requests for proposal and DDQs.
- Taking on other ad hoc or project work when delegated to you.

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Economics, or a qualification considered equivalent.
- Three to five years’ experience in a similar role in asset management, including coverage of multiple asset classes.
- Strong organisational/multi-tasking skills.
- Good writing/editing skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work under pressure.
- Team orientated and focused on achieving team excellence at all times.
- Bilingual French and English, with excellent written and oral skills in both languages.
- Knowledge of German and Italian would be an asset.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
