M&S Software Engineering entwickelt seit über 30 Jahren Softwarelösungen für Sozialversicherungsunternehmen in der Schweiz. Über die Jahre ist M&S konstant gewachsen: Heute sind rund 150 Mitarbeitende an den Standorten Bern Wankdorf und Schlieren (Zürich) beschäftigt. **Am Standort Schlieren suchen wir dich als**:
**Application Manager (80-100%)**:
**Was du tust**:
- Du betreust mehrere Softwareprodukte im Umfeld der Lösung "AKIS" und bist damit die fachliche Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und der Softwareentwicklung.
- Du managst die laufenden Anliegen (Wünsche, Fehlermeldungen) unserer Kunden.
- Du arbeitest in Entwicklungsprojekten mit und unterstützt unserer Lösungsarchitekten und Projektleiter.
- Du sicherst die Qualität, prüfst Spezifikationen, erstellst Testkonzepte und testest deine Produktmodule.
- Du bist für die Dokumentation und Auslieferung (inkl. Kommunikation) der von dir betreuten Softwareprodukte verantwortlich.
- Du führst deine Produktmodule bei neuen Kunden ein. Dies umfasst mitunter auch Konfigurationen sowie Schulungen.
- Du unterstützt die Kunden beim optimalen Einsatz von "AKIS".
**Was du mitbringst**:
- Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Application Management inklusive Support.
- Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken (insbesondere MSSQL).
- Sehr gute kommunikative Skills und ein ausgeprägtes Kundenverständnis.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte, beharrliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Technisches Flair und abstraktes Denkvermögen.
