A commercial apprentice builds relationships with key people within the organization, develops the ability to confidently liaise and negotiate with suppliers, as well as internal and external stakeholders. The apprentice gets to know various business units of Thermo Fisher Scientific in a rotation mode and has to complete mandatory and strictly regulated and defined practical and theory taught. A commercial apprentice in each organization, always acquires the same skills and takes the same courses in accounting and controlling, marketing etc. Moreover, the school is attended in part-time._

- Ein kaufmännischer Auszubildender baut Beziehungen zu wichtigen Personen innerhalb des Unternehmens auf und entwickelt die Fähigkeit, selbstbewusst mit Lieferanten sowie internen und externen Interessengruppen in Kontakt zu treten und zu verhandeln. Die Auszubildende lernt im Rotationsverfahren verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche von Thermo Fisher Scientific kennen und absolviert obligatorische, streng geregelte und definierte praktische und theoretische Unterweisungen. Ein kaufmännischer Auszubildender erlernt immer die gleichen Fertigkeiten und besucht die gleichen Kurse in Buchhaltung und Controlling, Marketing etc. Zusätzlich wird noch die Schule in Teilzeit besucht._
