**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**
- Unser Marketing-Portfolio in den Bereichen medizinische Genetik und Pathologie erweitern
- Marketingstrategien und Business Cases zusammen mit dem Marketingleiter, Wissenschaftlern und Sales erarbeiten
- Verkaufsangebote für unsere Genetik
- und Pathologiedienstleistungen entwickeln
- Einführungspläne erstellen und ausführen sowie Produkteinführung vorantreiben
- Einführungsmaterial für Verkaufsexperten vorbereiten und Schulungsmaterialien für den Vertrieb entwickeln
- Inhalte für die Website erstellen sowie Marktanalysen durchführen
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) messen
- Als Partner mit dem Salesteam, den Genetikern und Pathologen agieren
- Bekanntheitsgrad von Gentests und Pathologie, sowie Molekularpathologie bei Ärzten in privaten Praxen und Krankenhäusern steigern

**Ihr Profil**
- Master oder höherer Abschluss in medizinischen Wissenschaften/ Molekularbiologie mit starkem Interesse an klinischer Medizin und Genetik
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement im Gesundheitswesen
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, gute Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement Skills
- Dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung
- Fähigkeit zur Problemlösung, zuverlässig, loyal und teamfähig
- Flexibilität für Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz
