For our Verbier agency, we are looking for an: Experienced Broker

**Your mission**
- You ensure the global management of a sale mandate for an apartment or luxury chalet in the Alps:

- prospection, estimate, build sale file, establish brokerage mandates, visits
- definition of the marketing sale strategy
- management of purchase offers and deeds of sale
- You maintain and develop relationships with our different networks and partners on a cantonal, national, or international level.
- You collaborate with all Naef Prestige Knight Frank offices to ensure clients are distributed between the Alps and Lake Geneva region.
- You are the point of contact with the Swiss desk of our partner Knight Frank and will have to maintain an excellent relationship and constant sharing of clients and mandates.
- You manage relationships with all intermediates/business finders, notaries, architects, promoters, and banks.
- You have an extensive experience in the alpine real estate industry (5 years minimum).
- You have a wide established network in Valais and the Alps.
- You are a field person with a pronounced taste for prospection, you possess an acute sense of contact and excellent presentation.
- You are professional and adapt easily to UHNWI clients.
- You are of French mother tongue and can express yourself and write fluently in English.
- Your commercial approach, your empathy, your capacity to listen and your determination are essential to succeed in this position.
- Flexible, you demonstrate a real team spirit and appreciate working autonomously.
