**JOB FUNCTION**
As Plant Controller, you will manage the management and statutory P&L, enforce costs control, and be responsible for standard costing activities.
A crucial aspect of your role involves contributing to and participating in financial process improvements, with a focus on digital transformation to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Monthly Financial Reporting & Analysis**: Provide detailed explanations for OPEX and CoGS Variances.
- ** Monthly Closing Activities**: Handle monthly accruals. Assist in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts as well as internal and external audit.
- ** Budgeting & Forecasting**: Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for the plant for Headcounts, OPEX, CoGS and standard costs (calculation and costing run in SAP)
- ** Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: Work closely with Supply Chain, Accounting, and Controlling teams to ensure cohesive financial operations.
- ** Process Improvement**: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing our financial processes and systems, with an emphasis on digitalization.
- ** Communication Excellence**: Ensure clear and timely communication, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization. Ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable manner to non-financial stakeholders.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- **Technical Proficiency**: High proficiency in SAP CO Module (SAP) - Experience with SAP4 Hana is a plus. Advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with financial software and tools (Smartview, Hyperion, etc.).
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong capability in data and statistical analysis with an eye for detail while maintaining a broader strategic perspective.
- ** Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- ** Time Management**: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- ** Critical Thinking**: Exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.
- ** Personal Skills**: Can-do attitude and ability to challenge the status quo.
- ** Language**: Excellent command of English
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
**EDUCATION**: A master's degree in finance or accounting and/or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) would be advantageous.
**EXPERIENCE**:Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
**ABILITIES, TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES**
**Languages: Excellent command of English is required**
**Computing**: High Proficiency in SAP CO Module (Material Ledger, BOM, Costing, Inventory etc.), Experience with SAP4 Hana is a plus. Advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with financial software and tools (SmartView, Hyperion, etc.).
