**Asset Manager | Fund Lawyer | Zurich & Remote | 3-6 months | Feb. 2023 | 100% | CHF 140'000+**

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with local regulatory authorities, fund prospectuses, regulatory for UCITS and AIF’s
- Advise on legal & regulatory requirements regarding financial products and services
- Incorporate entities, corporate housekeeping, notarisations and mutations
- Counsel on new offerings, services and projects with regulatory relevance
- Act as key contact person for the investment funds structuring process

Qualifications:

- Law degree, bar admission is a plus
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
- Min. 4 years of PQE as fund Lawyer in the Asset Management industry
- Broad range of experiences, covering funds legal matters and financial regulations
