As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of our warehouse operations, leading a dedicated team in efficiently managing the receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to our valued customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse facility and optimizing operational processes to meet production schedules and workflow demands.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Establish and adjust work procedures to align with warehouse demands and production schedules.
- Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.
- Code and prepare proper receipt and dispatch paperwork.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and facilities, identifying and recommending technical improvements as needed.
- Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.
- Recommend measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and enhance the performance of work crews and equipment.
- Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
- Conduct periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to meet set productivity and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to ABB's core values, safety standards, and integrity guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across divisions and teams to maximize results.
- Adherence to internal and statutory regulations and policies, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality assurance and excellence in all aspects of warehouse operations.
