**Your responsibilities**:

- Provides strategic oversight of all PAIS Global projects to enable capacity planning and establishment of a high-level Project roadmap for PA
- Leads and manages a team of highly effective PM professionals in a cross-cultural environment.
- Develops comprehensive stakeholder management strategies and plans to build long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Providing PA IS requirements to Global IS and drives the embedding and utilization of project management processes, tools & methodologies across the Businesses.
- Ensures overall project work of the PMs is compliant with all applicable ABB Regulations and ABB Group Guidelines.
- Ensures (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect reports within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee
- Manages and tracks PM team development, internal ABB and external certification to ensure that the PM pool have the appropriate skills and competencies to execute projects to the highest quality standards

**Your background**:

- Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT, Project Management or similar complexity
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
- Certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince 2, Agile, etc.) would be considered as a plus
- Strong experience to work effectively with all organizational levels and to manage local and virtual teams
- Deep experience in program and project delivery methodology or frameworks based on strong Leadership and Change Management skills
