Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team - and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
**Your mission**:
- **Attending** all race events during the season.
- ** Responsible for** all part booking related topic & further development of the system.
- ** Keep** an up-to-date track on all race car parts and spares.
- ** Build** cars according to kitlist, joblist and build up sheets.
- ** Generate** reports from database management system.
- ** Maintain**component usage records and maintain a high standard of cleanliness of all equipment.
- ** Prepare** and pack return delivery's from racetrack to Switzerland.
- ** Communicate** parts supply/delivery and return requirements with the mechanics and garage technicians.
- ** Support** on loading/unloading oversea flight cases with spare parts.
- ** Load**office trucks with spare parts during European season.
- ** Building/packing** up of the garage at racetrack.
This role will require you to coordinate race team car spares, race team consumables as well as assist mileage records, assist with Air/Sea Freight paperwork. You will also work collaboratively with other technicians for garage build and operation plus team presentation at events.
**Your profile**:
- Previous experience of working in a F1 race team environment managing component stock allocations for race and test events.
- Substantial experience in reviewing & actioning event lifing and servicing reports.
- Responsible for compiling the supporting component and required travel documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Actively participate in all obligatory trainings (physical, mental, procedural) organized by the company.
- Work in a clean and orderly fashion.
- To be an active member of the pitstop crew.
You are an enthusiastic team player, flexible and able to work under pressure and willing to be always on the road (the Formula 1 season lasts from February to December). You are open-minded, solution
- and result-oriented, enthusiastic and you have a flexible approach to work and you are used to working carefully and independently.
