Team Leader Customer Relations

- What you do
- Directly manage a team of Customer Relation Managers and laterally lead a cross-functional team of Product Management, Engineering, IT and Logistics to develop predictive services.
- Responsibility for building and maintaining positive relationship with Operators
- Review data collected from aircraft to identify potential issues
- Collaborate with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for pro-active maintenance activities
- Handle leadership administration tasks such as yearly staff reviews & objective settings, running team meetings and recruitment activities
- Work with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
- What you bring
- Broad aerospace background, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
- Leadership experience and project management experience with interdisciplinary teams is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency with IT Tools (Microsoft, SAP, PowerBI, etc.)
- Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German is considered advantageous
- Although based in Stans, willingness to travel occasionally and to be flexible in working time
