**Workshop Team Leader - MRO Sheet Metal Shop**

In this position you are responsible for supporting the execution of Sheet Metal projects to achieve budget, safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets. Come on board and experience an environment that is dynamic, multicultural and inventive. The sky is the limit

Your area of responsibility:

- Act as functional Team Lead of Sheet Metal Technicians on repairs, modifications, installations and replacement of aircraft structure and structural parts
- Assign, assist, and verify tasks upon completion
- Efficiently evaluate time and tasks
- Ensure compliance to procedures, practices and acceptable levels of quality
- Define work requirements in accordance with manufacturers instruction
- Ensure good communication flow with the aircraft project core team
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure efficient and effective project execution
- In charge of the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area
- Ensure the team follows environmental and safety regulations

What we would like to see:

- Several years of experience as Sheet Metal Technician with lead functions
- Experienced in airframe modification/repairs and parts installation/replacement
- Knowledge of aircraft structure and maintenance documentation(Falcon, Gulfstream, Boeing, Airbus would be an advantage)
- Ability to perform fabrication activities like forming, bending, etc. is a plus
- PC literate with MS Office packages, experienced in using SAP ERP or equivalent
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Strong personal values and leadership skills
- Team player with attention to detail
- Efficient time management
- Open-minded mindset to drive projects forward
