L’équipe Retail de la Division Luxe est à la recherche d’un Support Admin enthousiaste et motivé pour rejoindre son équipe basée à Genève.

Le profil idéal sera très organisé, multitâches, passionné par le soutien aux équipes et animé par le travail d’équipe, avec une bonne compréhension des défis du terrain et prêt à apprendre et à évoluer.

**VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**
- Assister et soutenir les Regional Retail Managers dans leurs tâches administratives
- Gestion et suivi mensuel des refacturations des participations salariales aux Grands Magasins
- Gérer le flux des commandes de remplacement sur les POS des agences temporaires en cas d'absence et de la facturation y relative
- Création et suivi mensuel des Demandes d’Engagement de Dépenses, contrôle de la facturation.
- Établir des rapports de suivi**:analyser périodiquement l'efficacité des process RH et proposer des recommandations afin d’améliorer les résultats.
- Former les utilisateurs à l'outil de gestion du temps de travail et s'assurer de sa bonne maîtrise: support des utilisateurs sur le terrain
- Introduire les outils digitaux auprès des nouveaux collaborateurs et s'assurer du suivi qualitatif
- Suivre et développer les outils digitaux : support utilisateurs sur le terrain
- Gestion des données
- Gestion de la publication des annonces de recrutement
- Suivi du processus d’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, visites terrain

**VOS ATOUTS POUR RÉUSSIR**
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent
- Expérience professionnelle similaire, de préférence dans le domaine du Retail
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'allemand (niveau C1) à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Aisance dans l’environnement du numérique et maitrise du Pack Office (Excel, Powerpoint ), fort intérêt pour tous les supports digitaux
- Compréhension des défis opérationnels du Retail business
- Autonomie et excellente capacité d'organisation. La rigueur, le souci du détail font parties de vos points forts.
- Bonne gestion des priorités, réactivité et sens de l’anticipation.
- Faire preuve d’initiatives et être force de propositions, montrer de l’agilité.
- Esprit analytique. Compréhension des chiffres et pilotage des KPI's
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et orientation service client
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec une équipe multidisciplinaire.
