**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Contribute hands on as Application Manager (3rd level) in SAP Logistics, i.e. ERP MM / LE and / or EWM.
- Ensure consistent and effective processes are in place and coordinate team activities, providing smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
- Provide guidance to team members on the technical and administrative processes involved, ensuring conformance at all times.
- Ensure service provided by team meets requirements of Service Level Agreements (SLA), including agreed parameters around quality, cost, availability/reliability.
- Escalation management within Group IT, with business and external partners.
- Enable team to gain knowledge by monitoring new IT trends and developments as well as manage know how increase in relevant IT areas or for specific change requests.
- Aim on usage of standard functionality, i.e. avoid own programming and adaptation of the standard software, by motivating team members to research on available standard functionalities or available add ons wherever possible.
- Integration management, i.e. moderation of cross functional and solid solution finding. Build and maintain required integrative, high level knowledge required (business and IT wise).

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Education degree in IT, business administration or similar (FH / University)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Logistics, i.e. ERP MM / LE and / or EWM
- Experienced with managing technical teams, ideally previous SAP teamlead position
- Technical know-how in the area of SAP, ideally in the area of S4/HANA or SAP PP or SCM / S&OP / MRP. Knowledge in SCM / S&OP tools (SAP or other) preferred, but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of integrative SAP processes
- Willingness to travel up to 30% especially during rollout projects
- Fluent in English, basic German language of advantage but not mandatory
- Self-motivated individual with proven interpersonal, communication, leadership and influencing skills
- Team spirit and professional communication skills
