ERP Manager

We are looking for a new team member in our IT Team at our location in Oberglatt/Schweiz or Grossostheim/Germany.

Your responsibilities**:

- Together with your Team: Identify, describe, and document current business processes in order to build concise picture of existing processes at Maag
- Evaluate fit of existing systems and processes to current and future business needs with a view to significantly increasing transactional efficiency and data consistency at all levels, groupwide.
- Together with MAAG CFO and Dover Corporate, build business case and investment proposal for multi-year project and implementation plan
- Manage, plan, steer, control and report the ERP projects, primarily SAP S/4 HANA
- Continuous supervision of operational ERP systems at Maag
- Advises the Maag management on the strategy for upgrading the strategic ERP solution
- You manage the current ERP employees (Switzerland, Germany, USA)

Your experience**:

- University degree or comparable education with relevant work experience
- At least 10 years of professional experience in managing ERP (SAP) projects in internationally operating companies
- Experience in the implementation and upgrade of global SAP projects in the mechanical engineering industry
- Knowledge of Oracle R12 and Syteline (infor) are an advance
- Excellent in German and English
- About 20% travel frequency within MAAG Group
