Business Controller

We are looking for someone like you to support our leaders with the development of the finance solutions of the future.
**You will**:
- Act as a business partner to the Business Areas and Practice Leaders
- Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions
- Control KPIs and business activity are in line with budget; guide Business leaders to identify needed actions
- Ensure contracts negotiated comply with productivity and liquidity plan
- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
- Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts, and statements to understand the financial state of business
- Support and challenge Practice Leaders with the execution of their their Sales roadmaps
- Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
- Help develop and support short and long-term operational strategies
- In conjunction with the CFO, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual basis
**You Bring**
- Master’s degree in accounting and finance, or related field
- 3+ years proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role
- Experience with financial reporting requirements
- Proven working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
You are
- Able to deliver quality work on tight deadlines,
- Well organised with the ability to set priorities in line with Business requirements
- A good communicator that can translate complex financial information to all types of stakeholders
- Fluent in German (mandatory)
