We are now looking for our new Visual Merchandiser Manager (M/F/d) for our first store in Zurich

**Job Description**:
**The role**

Your main responsibilities include:

- You ensure that your store reflects brand standards, commerciality and support the customer experience.
- You ensure, that campaigns, visual standards and guidelines are implemented correctly and finished on time through planning and routines.
- You analyse KPIs together with management team and implement relevant actions.
- Your are responsible for the development of your Visual team.
- You act as a role model to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

- You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team’s work.
- You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.

- You have a genuine interest in fashion and culture and you’re able to translate this into relevant creative actions.
- You have proven leadership skills, minimum of two years of experience within the high traffic retail industry, knowledge of technical skills within Visual Merchandising, as well as good English skills.
