**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du bist für den 1st und 2nd Level Support zuständig, inklusive Hardware, Software und Userverwaltung
- Die Administration, das Monitoring und die Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs unserer Client-, Server
- und Netzwerksysteme gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst kontinuierlich unsere Clientsystemumgebung weiter, um einen stabilen und benutzerfreundlichen Betrieb sicherzustellen. Dazu gehören Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung
- Du arbeitest eng mit externen Dienstleistern zusammen und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit
- Du leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zu internen und/oder externen ICT-Projekten oder übernimmst sogar die Projektleitung

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der Informatik, Fachrichtung Support, Systemtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Alternativ sind auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung willkommen
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, einschließlich Active Directory, System Center und Exchange, sowie in virtuellen Umgebungen wie VMware
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und bist interessiert und geduldig bei der Lösung technischer Probleme
- Als Teamplayer kannst du selbstständig Prioritäten setzen
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache mündlich und schriftlich gut
