Am Standort Visp wird ein/e Case Manager People Care Center gesucht. In dieser Position werden Sie für die Begleitung und Reintegration von erkrankten oder verunfallten Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Netzpartnern verantwortlich sein. Zudem sind Sie eine Ansprechstelle für alle Mitarbeitenden bei Schwierigkeiten in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Fallführung von Case Management Prozessen bei Langzeitabsenzen.
- Übernahme der individuellen Fallbetreuung und Teilnahme an Absenzengesprächen gemäss bestehendem Prozess bei Lonza.
- Koordination der im Einzelfall involvierten Personen (betroffene Mitarbeitende Lonza, medizinischen Fachpersonen, Institutionen, Netzwerkpartner, Sozialversicherungen und Personen aus dem privaten Umfeld).
- Beratung von Mitarbeitenden mit psychosozialen Herausforderungen (persönliche Schwierigkeiten, Überlastung am Arbeitsplatz durch Stress, familiäre Fragen, finanzielle Probleme u.a.).
- Verantwortlich für eine kontinuierliche Falldokumentation und Datenpflege.
Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
- Bachelorabschluss, tertiäre Stufe in Sozialwissenschaften oder verwandten Professionen
- Selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise im interdisziplinären Kontext, vernetztes Denken und verhandlungssicheres Auftreten
- Beratungskompetenz, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse über das biopsychosoziale Netzwerk in der Region
- Berufserfahrung in Case Management von Vorteil
