**What to expect**:

- You will lead projects and programs in the areas of "Legal, Regulatory and Compliance", including analysis, concept development and support in the implementation
- You will coordinate and work closely with the Chief Transformation Officer, the General Counsel and the Country Compliance Officer, as well as with different business workstreams across teams
- You will be responsible for stakeholder management and will prepare presentations for various stakeholders, including steering groups, the executive board and the board of directors
- You will work in an ambitious, talented team whose strong team spirit, diverse profiles and in-depth expertise guarantee an exciting working environment

**The skills you'll bring**:

- Degree in law, economics or similar (University, University of Applied Sciences etc.)
- Several years of experience with regulatory, legal and compliance projects in management consulting (preferably top tier), audit or in the Swiss financial industry
- Leadership experience (business or project)
- Good knowledge of regulation as well as processes and products in the insurance sector
- Strong skills in visualising complex topics and in preparing management documents (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
