**Position Summary**:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and consultatively selling a diverse portfolio of financial products, specialising in private equity and fixed income, to both current and prospective clients. Your performance will directly contribute to our business growth, and you will be at the forefront of advancing our organisation's success by providing tailored solutions to our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet or exceed sales quotas through proactive sales efforts.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the private equity and fixed income markets.
- Stay well-informed about industry news and trends to identify potential opportunities for our clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
- Maintain a focused approach to daily sales activities, utilising systems-based workflow (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Secure executed contracts and facilitate the transition of new clients to the Account Management team.
- Develop industry-specific expertise to engage in credible diagnostic conversations with clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive strategic accounts.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive sales and generate value for the company, achieving this within the probationary period.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic:_
- 1+ years of relevant industry experience with a consistent record of success in consultative sales.
- Strong communication, organisation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Attributes of loyalty, reliability, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German or any other European language is an advantage.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of prioritising workloads and managing conflicting priorities.
- Preferred:_
- Bachelor's Degree in business, commerce, or related fields (optional but advantageous).
- Experience in selling financial products to the Investment Management, Investment Banking, and Private Equity sectors (an advantage).
