**Your tasks**:

- Within the newly created Wireless Connectivity team, part of the Radio Frequency technology group, a new position has been created to support the emerging needs of our clients for customized product development projects of antennas and related products.- Develop, implement and lead the customized development program for wireless connectivity products
- Engage with internal and external technical and commercial stakeholders on customization projects
- Identify market insights for needs and trends and share these within the Product Management organisation
- Partly on site in technical as well as commercial matters (travel activity 15-20%)

**Your profile**:

- Initiative and open-minded personality with a technical degree, preferably in electrical or communications engineering
- Knowledge in the field of high frequency technology is a great advantage
- Professional experience in the telecommunications market
- Strong communicator, team-oriented and always know how to help with organizational issues
- In addition to technical skills, you also possess a commercial flair
- Business fluent English skills
