**Job Summary**:
Tetra Pak Global Distribution SA (TPGD) is the off shore sales company for markets in Eastern & South Europe, Maghreb, West Africa and Latin America. TPGD is presently serving 29 markets. The company facilitates the business of some market companies impacted by emerging market factors, political instability, local regulations, hard currency problems, restricted banking regulations and customer preferences. Tetra Pak Global Distribution SA also provides a range of financial services to Customers. This enables the Company to benefit from economies of scale and best practice processes through centralization. Tetra Pak Service SA is a customer-focused and process driven organization.

**Temporary position - 12 Month Contract**

**The purpose of the role**:
Manage and optimize the TPGD Centralized Market Operations in terms of lead time, quality and timely execution of the process. To coordinate the End-to-End Customer Service Sales Administration with the respective Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in the respective markets and the controlling of the Order Fulfillment processes.

Key operative contact for:

- Commercial risk management
- Pricing management
- Credit Control management
- Commercial contracts including the central archiving
- Letter of Credit’s
- Financing via Tetra Laval and Export Credit Risk Management
- Shipping & transportation documentation (i.e. in conformance with the L/C)
- Invoicing and issuance of credit notes
- VAT and Compliance

**What you will do**:
The key responsibilities are summarized as follows
- Secures Letters of Credit are opened on time
- Collects and provides the documents proving that the shipment was made in conformance with the Letter of Credit to the advising Bank
- Secures Contract maintenance and signature (approval process)
- Secures Credit management review and approval process
- Administrates credit limits (secures accuracy and proper approvals in place, handling in SAP incl. unblocking the orders)
- Secures Commercial conditions are properly updated in the system (in accordance with approval process defined). Ensures the compliance of the commercial terms as laid down in the commercial contracts
- Secures Incoterms and terms of payment are applied according to the standard TPS agreement
- Executes invoicing including the issuance of credit notes
- Follows-up rebate agreements & other commercial discounts by Customer and issues credit notes in accordance with process defined
- Issues credit notes related to Claimed materials in accordance with the PLC process
- Is the contact point for the markets in cooperation with business controller for complex deals such as rescheduling, restructuring and remarketing
- Secures quality of project closure in SAP for CE. Resolves any problems related to projects and submit all the details for the monthly closing. Is the contact person for Finance
- Advises on proper VAT treatment and makes sure that the transactions are executed as per the rules and regulations
- Follows up on vendor invoices and secures timely booking
- Drives increased productivity in back-office processes (monitors operational KPIs)

**We believe you have**:

- Specialized school Business Administration
- 2 - 3years of professional experience in the domain of Sales Administration
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP being an asset
- Drive, demanding, motivation, listening, resolute, able to build and sustain relationships with people located remotely, meets deadlines, receptive to change, supportive Team worker
- Proactively anticipate problems taking appropriate courses of action
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including presentation abilities
- Excellent English language skills and preferred a second European language for persons based in Pully
- Excellent English & Spanish language skills for persons based in Panama
- Ability to manage and organize own workload
- Confident in own ability
- Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to travel when required on an ad-hoc basis
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
