We are seeking a skilled **CIO Assistant **who can provide comprehensive support to our Chief Information Officer (CIO). **Responsibilities**
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the CIO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining files and records
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations for the CIO, supporting strategic decision-making and executive communications
- Coordinate and monitor various IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and key milestones are achieved
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline purchasing processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain effective vendor relationships for IT
- Assist in budget management by tracking IT expenses, analyzing cost trends, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IT sharing relevant insights and recommendations with the CIO

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fluency in English (German and/or other European language beneficial)
