Business Travel Agent

We are looking for the Business Travel Agent to join our HQ in Schindellegi.
**Your Role **:We are looking motivated and reliable Travel Agent to join our Corporate Travel Office team. You will be responsible different tasks related to the organization of business trips for our employees - business travel consulting, communication with the airlines, bookings and fulfilment for Kuehne+Nagel employees worldwide.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Booking of flights and train tickets for Kuehne+Nagel employees worldwide;
- Handle and oversee all travel arrangements and operations including ticketing and fulfilment;
- Ensuring compliance in all aspects of travel procedures;
- General administration work;
- Collaboration with the Airlines;
- Administer and manage special fares, corporate fares and offers;
- Controlling of invoices.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Work experience in a travel office;
- Understanding of Galileo booking systems, further GDS knowledge beneficial;
- A good understanding of tariffs and ticketing;
- Strong interpersonal and people handling skills to work well with different parties across the regions;
- Motivated team player with the ability to multi-task;
- Be able to work under pressure;
- Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral. Business fluent German will be a plus.
